Ribbed Smoked Sheets, commonly known as RSS, are derived from coagulated latex sheets. Based on cleanliness and tensile strength, RSS is used in diverse industries. The International Standard of IRQPC (The Green Book, 1969) classified RSS into five major grades. These grades are determined based on parameters like elasticity, color, and purity outlined in the standard. The differences between RSS grades stem from the preparation of coagulated field latex during Unsmoked Sheets production. The selected sheets undergo controlled smoking at precise timing and temperature conditions. This ensures proper smoking without compromising the inherent rubber properties. Experienced sorters and inspectors visually grade the sheets, considering specific parameters, before packing them into bales. For a detailed overview of the specifications for each RSS grade, please refer to the table below. Additionally, we offer Plastic Pallet Shrink Wrap upon customer request. Your satisfaction is our priority!
